Service Description
The purpose of the Strategy Alignment Session is to confirm priorities, clarify scope, and establish a clear working rhythm going forward. We’ll align on what matters most in the immediate term, how work will be approached, and what success looks like within the agreed container. This is a practical, structured conversation — not a full strategy workshop or delivery session. It ensures that both sides are aligned before work begins, reducing friction and unnecessary back-and-forth later on. By the end of the session, there should be shared clarity on focus areas, next steps, and how we’ll work together.
Cancellation Policy
At Seraphim Coaching and Training Hub, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please take note of the following appointment guidelines: Booking Appointments: Appointments can be booked online via our scheduling system. You will receive a confirmation email with details, as well as a reminder before your session. Rescheduling & Cancellations: We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow others the opportunity to book that slot. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or charged at 50%. No-shows will be billed at the full rate unless otherwise agreed. Session Timeliness: Sessions start and end on time. If you’re late, we’ll do our best to make use of the remaining time, but we cannot extend the session beyond the scheduled end. Payment & Invoicing: Payment is due in advance for once-off sessions or as agreed for packaged services. EFT and card payments are accepted. Corporate clients may request formal quotes and invoices. Online Session Access: For virtual sessions, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space. A link will be provided via email or WhatsApp prior to the session. Professional Boundaries: Our sessions are designed to support practical development, skills-building, or personal insight — not therapeutic treatment. We offer a professional environment rooted in trust, respect, and discretion. Confidentiality: All session content is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or for safety concerns. 💬 Follow-Up & Support: If follow-up materials, summaries, or additional resources are promised, these will be delivered via email within 3 working days of your session. For longer-term engagements, we will clarify timelines and communication protocols up front. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
