The Human Resource department is a link between the employees, the business and management. HR requires a delicate balance between the needs of the people and the needs of the company. It is a diverse position requiring multiple skills to be mastered.

HR professionals play a large role in their company’s policies around hiring, firing, benefits and discrimination—all things which are governed by strict laws. Approach ability is key to building trust and rapport with employees, colleagues and leadership while enjoy finding what motivates people in order to help the business create an interesting culture. Often the most complex problems fall on the HR Department to navigate and having tools, tips and resources are essential to maintain an objective approach to any situation.
