Cancellation Policy

​To keep our networking sessions smooth, fair, and valuable for everyone, please note the following: 1️⃣ First come, first served – Bookings are confirmed on a first-come basis via our online system and are schedule based on availability.  2️⃣ Value over sales – These slots are for educational insights, not sales pitches. Share knowledge, strategies, or industry tips that benefit the group. a short guide is available upon booking.  3️⃣ Time is limited – Each session is strictly 10 minutes. Please respect the time limit. 4️⃣ Cancellations – If you can’t make your slot, notify us at least 48 hours in advance so another member can take your place. Remember, this takes preparation for someone else to slot in, so be considerate and give as much warning as you can.  5️⃣ Engagement matters – Keep it interactive! Share real-world examples, insights, and practical takeaways. Please supply your own supporting equipment and arrive a min of 30-40 min earlier to set up. No major venue changes will be permitted.
